Since 2009, Well Being Holistic Pharmacy has been dedicated to offering the highest quality medical-grade supplements, vitamins, herbs and various other wellness products.
Well Being asked us to redesign their e-commerce website, provide consultation on point-of-sale technology and assist with advertising their products online. They're customers demanded a seamless omnichannel experience with options to purchase wellness products online, in-store or over the phone.
Drawing inspiration from the products Well Being offered, we designed a website with Wellness in mind. We improved the search and filter functionality allowing customers to refine their queries based on condition, brand and more. We also integrated Klaviyo to enable replenishment reminders and automated email marketing capabilities. The new site also improved how customers received their products during COVID-19 with contact-less pickup options available from Well Being's retail location.
Our digital advertising services allowed Well Being's online business to grow significantly month-over-month as existing users found purchasing products easier and new users could trust the site with sensitive information. We simplified employee work flows with AI powered solutions that managed monotonous tasks and added an additional level of security to credit card transactions.
